How did I come to this

I tend to be drawn to complexity.

I grew up in Croatia, have lived across three countries, and process life in multiple languages.
I learned early how to find what's essential in unfamiliar terrain.

That capacity followed me into 15 years in tech, leading transformation at SAP Concur and Asana, growing startups, designing systems that support the people within them.

I thoroughly enjoyed the work. And, somewhere in the depth of it, a different question emerged:

What is it like to be fully alive in the life you're building?
Not just effective. Not just capable. Fully in it.

I invested deeply into this inquiry and turned towards a Master's in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling, alongside years of contemplative practice, singing, and competitive rowing.

Each one teaching me something others couldn't.

These days, I spend ample time in motion and in stillness.
I believe in starting with what is; and going in fully and wholly.

The work I offer isn't about adding another framework.

It's about integrating the parts of us that were not able
to come along - toward wholeness.

Note: Services shared here are coaching and integration work - not psychotherapy.
